How many pages do I need?
Most families end up with 70–90 pages, but there’s no need to decide upfront.
You can start with any bundle today, and if you decide you want more pages, longer app access, or additional savings, you can upgrade to a larger bundle within 30 days. That flexibility makes it easy to start without overthinking it.
What if I'm not sure which bundle to choose?
Yes. The 30-day bundle upgrade option is a benefit of purchasing a bundle.
If you purchase books and features individually, you can still add pages and features at any time — but bundle upgrades (which increase pages, add features and future discounts at print time) are only available when you start with a bundle.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Nothing disappears.

The QR codes in the printed book will continue to work and link to videos.
An active subscription simply gives you time to add new content. Once your book is printed, it’s yours forever.
The subscription does not renew automatically. If you need more time, you can manually renew.

When do I receive the printed book?
Your book ships after you finish creating it and place your print order — typically around your baby’s first birthday.
Printing and shipping within the U.S. and Canada usually takes 10–15 business days once the order is placed. International shipping times vary by location.
How is this different from Shutterfly or Mixbook?

How does gift redemption work?
After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF gift certificate that you can print or email to the parents.
When they’re ready, they redeem the certificate by creating their account.
Their subscription starts only when parents activate it — not when you purchase the gift.
Will I be in the book?
The baby’s parents create the Baby Yearbook, but they can easily invite you to contribute.
Simply ask them to send you a Request a Story link. You tap it and record a short video, add a photo, or share a memory — and your story will appear in the book.
There’s nothing to install and no technical skill required. It only takes a minute.

When does the subscription start?
There’s no rush. Subscriptions begin only when the gift recipient creates their account. If the baby hasn’t arrived yet, the subscription automatically adjusts to include those early months.
Does the gift certificate ever expire?
No. Gift certificates never expire. They can be redeemed anytime — even before the baby is born. App Subscriptions start only when the parents activate it.
What if they don’t finish it within the first year?
That’s completely normal — and not a problem at all.
Most parents work on their Baby Yearbook gradually, often over many months. All stories, photos, and videos stay safely saved in their account.
When they’re ready to finish and print the book, they can simply extend access to the app for a short time to add final touches and place the order. There’s no deadline and nothing is lost if life gets busy.
