Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some Baby Yearbooks subscriptions are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. This page explains how those subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, you receive ongoing access to the Baby Yearbooks app based on the subscription term you selected (for example, monthly or annual).
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancelling or Changing Your Auto-renewing Subscription
You may cancel or change your auto-renewing subscription at any time.
If you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after that period ends
- Your app access will end when the current paid period expires
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a subscription period. This is consistent with our Refund Policy.

We will process your request and confirm the effective cancellation date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.
