We’re just getting started. Baby Yearbooks began reaching a much larger audience in June 2026. Most of these reviews are from customers just getting started or from people who purchased Baby Yearbooks as a gift. We expect to start seeing reviews of completed Baby Yearbooks in late spring 2027.
I purchased and gifted this to my son and daughter-in-law as their birthday gift. They were born one day apart and delivered in the same hospital, therefore they were in the nursery together 29 years ago. They are overjoyed with the gift and they have already set up an account for their upcoming birth of their first daughter. My daughter-in-law has 4 weeks left in the pregnancy and is delighted to being the book in these final few weeks. They are in awe at all of the features in the book. We can't wait to all contribute to these memories and see the outcome.
This is my second purchase from Baby Yearbooks. The system will not let me create a password so I can login and print out the gift certificate for my niece. I had a similar experience when I purchased one for my nephew. They need to invest some money into having their website function properly. I hope it is not this aggravating for the people I have purchased the books for.

We’ve been working with you directly to figure out why the password reset isn’t behaving as it should, and we’ve just sent you a short video showing exactly what should happen so we can identify where things are going wrong.
Most importantly, we’re not going to leave you stuck. If we can’t get you into your account right away, we’ll create the Gift Certificate for your niece for you.
We’re also looking at how we can improve this process so that it’s simpler for everyone going forward.
The shopping experience was easy and quick. I gave it to our daughter and son in law for our first grandbaby. We will see how the book development goes.

You’ll choose your cover later, when you’re ready to create your finished book. You’ll be able to select from several cover templates and choose the photo you’d like to use. For now, just have fun capturing all those memories!
My daughter and son-in-law received this as a gift. They are so excited with it. So far it’s really easy to use.. Hopefully the rest of the experience is the same.
Great product. Will purchase as a gift again. Only thing I wish you could do is upload multiple pictures at a time.
Thanks for reporting this! We discovered a bug specific to Android phones that was preventing multiple photos from being uploaded at once. We’ll be fixing that shortly. Thanks for helping us catch it!
This is a gift for my niece's new arrival coming soon! Im sure she will update any reviews once.she begins. Though for me this was a easy purchase. I am not computer savvy but I was able to navigate through the website with ease.
I can't figure out how to add my daughter (the mom) to co-create with me.
I added a story and didn't like the page that was created. I hope I can edit the pages.
Thanks for your feedback. We designed Baby Yearbooks so that the primary account owner has full control of the yearbook and can invite family members to contribute their own stories. In your case, since you created the account, you can invite your daughter to add stories using a simple link. Here’s how: https://help.babyyearbooks.com/article/397-invite-others-to-share-a-story
We’ve also heard from gift-givers who would like to share more of the creation process with the parents, so we’re working on expanding our co-creation features. In fact, some customers are already experimenting with an early version.
And yes — you’ll be able to edit the design of your book. We haven’t yet opened the book creation module to everyone, since most customers aren’t close to printing their books yet, but we expect to do so within the next couple of weeks. Once it’s available, you’ll be able to preview your book and refine the page layouts before printing.
In the meantime, you can always edit the individual stories you’ve created, including the text, photos and captions, and how the content is organized.
We hope you’ll find Baby Yearbooks much more flexible as you continue creating!
Super easy to navigate. I am so excited for my son to use it with my grandbaby. I gave them the certificate.They haven’t started yet.
The only problem I had was that once you create a certificate- it’s hard to find the certificate again. I had forwarded the certificate to myself and that was the only chance to print. I had to copy and paste orginal to Word to print. However, I am so excited to see the result. I am sure it will be easy for my kids to use.
This concept is fabulous. I especially love the video option!

I'm not quite sure what happened with your gift certificate. Once a certificate is created, we email it to you so that you can print it or forward it to the recipient. If you ever need another copy, just contact us and we can resend it to you.
I'll also pass your comments along to our product team. We certainly don't want finding or printing a gift certificate to be a frustrating part of giving Baby Yearbooks as a gift.

It was very easy to purchase and the emails came in a very timely manner. I bought this for my daughter. I love that you can customize the gift certificate! Im very excited for her to begin using this!
So far the experience has been good. My grandson comes I Dec and I gifted this to his parents to start.
I love this subscription so far. I have completed 1 chapter and will be reviewing with mom and dad as we go through the year. I am super excited to see the finished product!

My daughter in law was thrilled with the gift. A phone is always in her hand so I'm sure this will be a much better way to record their first baby's memories. My new granddaughter hasn't arrived yet. ❤️
Rebecca with customer service had reached out to help me within an hour of my questions. She was fantastic. She walked me through the whole process as I was sending this as a gift. Her response time to every question was quick even on a Sunday evening. I went back to Rebecca for a link so I could order a second one! Thanks again Rebecca. You made everything so easy for me.
“Read it again, read it again”. That was the request from our grandkids once we showed them our book.
Sitting beside us, looking at the photos and laughing at the videos. By the end of the week they had memorized all the captions and were reading the book to us.
They were fascinated by the videos of their cousin, so far away in another country, and this book brought him to life for them.
We plan to keep making these visual histories because holding the book in our hands and laughing with the grandkids, is truly one of life’s greatest pleasures.
